Personalized items will take 4-6 days to be made.
Your personalized order will be completed within 3-6 business days. Shipping time is estimated to be around 5-7 business days. At the moment, we are unable to accommodate split shipments, so your entire order will be shipped once all items are ready. We hope you're eagerly anticipating receiving everything!
Yes, we do offer international shipping! The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. You can make payment using either a credit card or PayPal account. Please be aware that your country of origin may require you to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and may be imposed by your country's customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by our shipping fees.
- Use a clean cotton cloth, wet it, wring it dry, and then wipe the leather surface repeatedly. Wiping can remove most of the dirt on the leather surface.
- Allow the leather to dry naturally, then use an eraser to remove stubborn stains.
- Apply special leather maintenance oil to accelerate the leather's color change, protect the leather surface, and prevent stains from adhering.
We're thrilled to create custom-made treasures for your pets. However, we must share that due to the personalized nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these unique items.
